319 Fest is an annual multi-stage & multi-genre art and music festival held at Hawkeye Downs Speedway in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It is a celebration of area artists, musicians, talent & creativity. There is something for everyone.
It's loud, it's different, and KimB Kreatures was there (right near the Heavy Metal stage) doing a make & take workshop!

I drew a sugar skull design, and had 2 yards of fabric printed up, to create this project.
There were numerous kits made up.
